THE STAR THAT MELTED MY HEART

This poem is dedicated to my Nephew Aaron who will always be my brightest star!  I Love You!

A beautiful bright star in my life

Appearing to me even on the darkest nights

Rising to the highest levels of the universe

On a trek to shine the brightest above all

No-one can deny your shining presence in the skies above

For you are the one that melts my heart when I look at you

Remembering the many happy times in life

Everywhere I go I take a piece of you with me

I hold you so very close to my soul

To me, you are one of God’s greatest creations

A sparkling reminder of such beautiful love

Shooting stars dance beside you with such grace
